Research Interests

1. Energy harvesting from ambient environment, such as vibration and thermal sources;
2. Self-powered wireless sensor nodes (WSN) for environment monitoring;
3. MEMS sensor and actuator based on piezoelectric, electrostatic materials;
4.Electrostatic discharge and plasma measurement.
